Items returned within 14 days of delivery at the latest must remain in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging, show no signs of use, and with the labels affixed to the products.
Before being eligible for a refund, it is imperative that the package be returned to the address provided. If the package was dropped off at a collection point, the customer is responsible for retrieving the package and returning it, and will not be eligible for a refund otherwise.
