The contractual information is presented in French and will be the subject of a confirmation including this contractual information at the latest at the time of delivery.
happymining.fr reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
The customer who places his order directly on the happymining.fr website must follow the following procedure:

The price of Asics will be final once the order has been paid and confirmed by email. The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs.
If you are ordering from a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and the French overseas departments and territories, the price will be automatically calculated excluding taxes on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of happymining.fr . They will be your responsibility and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros.
ARTICLE 5: VALIDATION / PAYMENT / SECURITY PROCESS
After reviewing the status of their order, and once all the requested information has been completed by the customer, they will click on < Validate > to definitively confirm their order. The customer has the option of paying by credit card (Stripe), PayPal or any other payment method set up by us. After validating their payment method, the customer definitively validates their order with the effects indicated below.
In case of payment by PayPal
If paying by PayPal, the customer is redirected to the PayPal website to make the payment.
In all cases, regardless of the payment method chosen by the customer, the company happymining.fr will acknowledge receipt of the order upon validation by email or by any other means at its convenience, in accordance with the provisions of article L121-19 of the consumer code.

Payment will be made, unless the server is unavailable, immediately online by bank card (Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) or by Paypal (or any other payment system).
In any event, happymining .fr reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in the event of an existing dispute with the customer , total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the customer, refusal of authorization of payment by credit card or check from banking organizations, non-payment or partial payment, use of a Bank Card not issued by a French financial institution. The responsibility of happymining .fr can then in no case be engaged in this regard.
Furthermore, happymining.fr reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a product being out of stock or unavailable.
ARTICLE 6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stocks.
If a product ordered and paid for is unavailable, the customer will be informed directly on their invoice. A refund will then be issued.
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, happymining.fr cannot be held responsible . The photographs and texts illustrating the products are not contractual.
ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process.
In the event of defective delivery, Happymining.fr only guarantees the exchange of goods for products that comply with the details of the order, expressly excluding any damages for harm suffered directly or indirectly.
Products are shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer when ordering. In the event of an unusual delay, you will be notified by email.
Happymining.fr therefore declines all responsibility in the event of excessive delivery delays due to postal services or means of transport, as well as in the event of loss of ordered products or strikes. Transport risks are borne by the customer, who must lodge a complaint with the postal services or the carrier within three working days of delivery.
That said, happymining.fr takes special care in preparing packages; however, problems may occur. Therefore, upon receiving their order, the customer should ensure that the products received are compliant.
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing or defective product, damaged package) must be notified, on the same day of receipt or at the latest the first working day following receipt, to the customer service of happymining.fr after having made the necessary reservations at the time of delivery with the carrier and having established a registered letter within 24 hours with the carrier concerned.
Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected and happymining.fr will be released from all liability . Happymining.fr reserves the right to ask the customer to return the defective product.
If the above conditions are met, happymining.fr will then proceed with the exchange, the issue of a credit note, the reimbursement of the defective Product( s ), or the reshipment of the missing product (subject to the validity of the Buyer's request).
Please note that if items are delivered on different dates due to availability, the delivery time is based on the longest delivery time. However , H appymining.fr reserves the right to split deliveries. The processing and shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment.
As already stated , happymining.fr cannot be held responsible for the consequences of late delivery. Any order not shipped within 30 days of the order is cancelled unless otherwise stipulated and announced in the sales offer .
In the event of an unusual delay, you will be notified by email.
In the case of payment by credit card, the times indicated are average times and correspond to the processing and delivery times for products destined for mainland France and Monaco.
ARTICLE 8: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Happymining.fr complies with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions in this area.
The provisions of Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, relating to the withdrawal period of 14 clear days from receipt of the goods, are applicable.
Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded to you less PayPal or Shopify Payments fees if you paid with PayPal or Shopify Payments and any shipping charges.
Returns must be made to ORDINA.
On the other hand, items returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or spoiled by the customer will not be accepted.
Any refund will be made after we have received the products and will be made, at the choice of the company happymining.fr , by credit to your bank account or by bank check addressed to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address.
In accordance with ORDINA's general conditions of sale, only items returned in their original packaging and unused will be accepted.
Consequently, returns of used items, as well as damaged boxes will be refused.
It is the customer's responsibility to retain proof of return, which means that the items must be returned by registered mail or by any other means that provides a specific date for the return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you are free to choose the type of shipping.
The return address may be different from the head office and will be communicated to you when your return is validated.
ARTICLE 9: GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY
The customer must keep the product references (indicated on labels) as well as the original packaging in good condition.
Assembled products benefit from a one-year manufacturer's warranty on parts and labor.
Parts sold separately are also subject to the one-year manufacturer's warranty.
In order to benefit from these guarantees, the customer must contact the manufacturer of the products directly.
Used or refurbished products are guaranteed for one month by the seller.
A return of these products to the workshop may be considered (at the sender's expense), after authorization from ORDINA.
Damage of external origin or resulting from misuse, poor maintenance, or improper handling are excluded from the warranty, as are those resulting from overclocking the equipment.
When the product does not fall within the scope of the warranty or when it is returned without authorization from ORDINA, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Any returned product travels at the sender's risk.
If it is not possible to replace a defective part, the customer will be offered either a refund of the price in effect on the day the part was ordered, or a replacement product with equivalent or superior performance.
Regardless of the manufacturer's conventional guarantees, the seller is bound by legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.
You acknowledge that the information made available to you is neither complete nor exhaustive and that it is your responsibility to check said information before implementing it, and in particular before concluding any order.
Consequently, you acknowledge that the responsibility of the company happymining.fr cannot be sought with regard to the information and products offered on the site .
