GPU mining kits most often use new hardware, but depending on price and stock availability, the hardware may be used (for example, an Intel G3930 processor that is unavailable new at a reasonable price). Therefore, the warranty terms vary depending on the type of hardware and its origin (France or China). For new equipment from a supplier in France, you will benefit from a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. For new equipment from a Chinese supplier, the warranty will be limited to 1 year if it turns out that the equipment was not damaged by your use and was defective upon receipt. Finally, for second-hand equipment, it is tested by us and will not be covered by a warranty. Upon delivery, we also ask that you promptly check the equipment for damage within 24 hours and inform us by email. After this period, we will be unable to process a return. Should you encounter any problems, we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
