Returns

1. Ensure the product has not been used. In exceptional cases, please explain the situation to us.

2. Send us an email to contact@happymining.fr, and describe the reason for your return request. You can also contact us via the live chat on the website.

3. After accepting your return request, we will send you the return address, which you should indicate on the package.

5. Your refund will be credited to the bank card used when placing your order. Allow 7 days after receipt and verification of the good condition of your package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Returned items, within 14 days of delivery at the latest, must remain in perfect resale condition, in their original packaging, show no signs of use, and have the labels attached to the products.

Before being eligible for a refund, it is imperative to return the package to the indicated address. If the package was dropped off at a relay point, the customer is responsible for picking up the package to be able to return it, and will not be eligible for a refund otherwise.
