We deliver our products to almost every country in the world. However, please note that some restrictions may apply, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
When you place your order, we will provide you with an estimate of shipping and delivery times, depending on item availability and the selected delivery method. These estimates will appear on the shipping quote page, depending on the chosen carrier.
Shipping costs are generally calculated based on the total weight of the order. The weight of each item is specified on its product page. In accordance with the policies of our partner carriers, weights are rounded up to the nearest whole number.
Mondial Relay : 4 working days to a collection point
Chronopost : 1 business day home delivery
Chronopost Relay : 1 business day delivery to a collection point
UPS : 1 business day home delivery
Collection in the Paris region (78500) : select the "Local collection" option, we will then offer you a collection time slot.
15 days for returns after receipt
1. Ensure the product has not been used. In exceptional circumstances, please explain the situation to us before sending it back.
2. Email us at contact@happymining.fr and describe the reason for your return request. You can also contact us via the live chat available on the website.
3. After accepting your return request, we will send you the return address to clearly indicate on the package.
4. Then send us an email to inform us of the shipment of the package.
5. Your refund will be credited to the bank card used when placing the order. Please allow approximately 7 days after receipt and verification of the package's condition. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
Items returned within 14 days of delivery must remain in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging, without any signs of use, and with the labels still attached to the products.
Before being eligible for a refund, it is essential to return the package to the address provided. If the package was dropped off at a collection point, the customer is responsible for retrieving and returning it; otherwise, no refund can be issued.
