Returns
1. Make sure the product has not been used. In exceptional cases, please explain the situation to us
2. Email us at contact@happymining.eu and describe the reason for your return request. You can also contact us via the live chat on the website
3. Once we have accepted your return request, we will send you the return address to write on the parcel.
4. Email us to let us know the parcel has been shipped,
5. Your refund will be credited to the bank card used to place the order. Allow 7 days following receipt and inspection of your parcel to confirm it is in good condition. Shipping costs are at your expense.
Items returned no later than 14 days after delivery must remain in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging, with no signs of use and with the labels still attached to the products.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the parcel to the address provided. If the parcel was delivered to a pickup point, the customer is responsible for collecting it in order to send it back, and will otherwise not be eligible for a refund.
